Foreword:
Wegobuy Community aims to provide its users with an open and friendly environment where you can share your experience of purchasing products from the overseas since launched. We hope that you can support us when we introduce changes to the community rules.
As the community increase in popularity, we have noticed that the posts and comments made by our business competitors also appeared in the community. The comments made by the users can be rather extreme and negative.
We strive to build a friendly and civilized community for our users, hence we have decided to publish the Wegobuy Community Agreement as follow:
Ⅰ. General
1.1. Any forms of illegal (including but not limited to the law and the administrative regulations) information are strictly prohibited in the Wegobuy Community.
1.2. Be polite. Everyone should feel comfortable reading your posts or comments. Posts or comments that are offensive (harassing, discriminatory, etc.) in a sexual, racial, cultural, or ethnic context are strictly prohibited.
1.3. Any forms (nickname, post title, post content, comment, inbox message, etc.) of advertisements or marketing are strictly prohibited.
1.4. False information (pertaining to countries, certain areas, other users, other platforms, etc.) is strictly prohibited. You can make a post in the Community if you have any questions, but please do not share any false information no matter the reason.
1.5. Destructive programs,viruses,or codes are strictly prohibited.
1.6. Your Wegobuy Community username and avatar must be civilized and legal. Here is a list of what you should not do when creating your username or changing your avatar: Do not express your political opinions via your username. Words or pictures that are libelous, defamatory, indecent, harmful, harassing, intimidating, threatening, hateful, objectionable, discriminatory, abusive, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit or offensive in a sexual, racial, cultural, or ethnic context should not be used in your username or avatar. Please avoid using similar avatars or usernames as the moderators of the Community.
1.7. Users of the community should take full responsibility for their posts and comments.
1.8.If a user violates any of the above regulations, Wegobuy reserves the right to delete or take down any posts or comments and disable or take action against any account at any time without noticing the user.
Ⅱ. Rights and Responsibilities
2.1 Unregistered users have and only have the ability to view posts and comments.
2.2. Only registered users of Wegobuy have the right to make a post or a comment in the community. The contents of the post or comment are restricted by the rules of the community.
2.3. Registered users who violated the Wegobuy Community Agreement or broke the law will lose a part of or all the rights mentioned in this section.
2.4. All users should not break the law or violate the Wegobuy Community Agreement when using the community.
2.5. Wegobuy will not share your personal information with any third-party unless:
2.5.1. You decide to make your information public or you authorize us to share your information.
2.5.2. The law enforcement or related systems need your personal information.
Ⅲ. Posts and Comments
3.1. Please make sure that the comments of your post should be meaningful, easy to understand, and related to your post title. The moderator has the right to modify your post (block, delete, etc.) if you violate the rules.
3.2. To ensure the quality of the communication, users should avoid posting repeated or meaningless comments.
3.3. High-quality posts made by the users might be highlighted or recommended on the home page of the community. There will also be rewards for the highlighted or recommended posts (reward policy will be announced later).
3.4. Please avoid posting external links or advertisements when making an unoriginal post. Posts with external links or advertisements will be deleted or blocked. 3.5. You must respect the original poster when making a comment.
3.6. Please do not comment on the necroposts (posts that are made a long time ago) for no reason or make too many posts at one time. You will be restricted from posting for such behavior.
Ⅳ. Copyrights
4.1. Wegobuy Community encourages users to make original posts. You might be rewarded for the original post you made; where you also own the copyright to your post. Wegobuy reserves the right to use or share your post contents when allowed.
4.2. Users of Wegobuy Community must state that it is a repost when making an unoriginal post and credit the source (with the name of the author) in the post contents. Wegobuy reserves the right to delete or block your post when there is a copyright issue. You are fully responsible for the legal consequences of any copyright issues.
4.3. Users of Wegobuy Community are encouraged to share their experience with the purchased products by creating original posts. Contact the moderator after creating such posts so that your posts might be rewarded or recommended on the home page of the community.
Ⅴ. Complaints
5.1. Please report any posts or comments that violated the rules to the moderators. Actions will be taken if your report is verified and you will be rewarded. No action will be taken if the report is false.
5.2. If you do not agree with the decision made by the moderators on your post and have valid evidence (links, images, etc.), please go to the Q&A section and tell us about the situation.
We will check your post and the evidence you presented. However, our decision will not change if your post did violate the rules. If we confirmed that your post did not violate the rules, we will recover your post and make sure our moderators do not make the same mistake again.
Ⅵ. Rewards and Penalty (Detailed Rules Will Be Released Later)
6.1. For users who violate the rules and ignore our warnings three times, the moderators have the right to delete or block the content and penalize the users (detailed reward and penalty rules will be released later). Users with serious violations will be banned from the community.
Wegobuy may change, add, or remove any part of this agreement. Wegobuy reserves the right of the final interpretation and the right to change the content of Wegobuy Community Agreement.
The agreement will be active from the day it is released. Comments or suggestions regarding the agreement are highly appreciated.
