Based on the prevention and control of new coronavirus risks, the Chinese government stipulates that enterprises cannot resume work earlier than February 9th,. Order processing: it will be resumed from 9:00 on Feb. 3rd , and orders will be processed in turn by some shopping agents working from home, during which the processing timeliness will be affected;
Customer service: it will be resumed from 9:00 on Feb. 3rd , and enquiries will be processed in turn by customer service staff working from home. The working hour will be 9:00-18:00;
