[Announcement] Adjustment of Service Timeliness of Various Departments During the Spring Festival

Dear Wegobuy Customers
Greetings!
Due to the severe situation of China's new coronavirus epidemic, in order to strengthen the implementation of the national epidemic prevention and control of new coronavirus infection and better protect the lives and health of the people, the Spring Festival holiday which was scheduled to end on January 30th , 2020 will be delayed(subject to further notice).
However, in order to provide you with ingenious services in a more timely manner during the holiday, we will work via remote operation. Due to  issues related to equipment and internet connection, the timeliness of our services will be slightly delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused under the special circumstances and thank you for your understanding.

The specific arrangements for each service are as follows:

●Customer Service
Due to the Spring Festival Holidayand the coronavirus outbreak, our online customer service will be resumed at 9:00 on Feb. 3rd , UTC +8 (original resuming time was 9:00, Jan. 31st ). The working hour will be from 9:00 to18:00 (subject to further update) Our future normal working time will be further notified according to the situation of the epidemic. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

●Shopping Agent Order Processing
Ordinary Order: Shopping agent orders submitted during the Spring Festival will be completed in turn starting from Feb. 3rd , according to the time of submission.

Weidian, Xianyu Orders: Shopping orders submitted during the Spring Festival will be completed in turn starting from Feb. 10th , according to the time of submission.

Expert Enquiry: Expert enquiries submitted during the Spring Festival will be replied in turn starting from Feb. 3rd , according to the time of submission.
Order Enquiry: Due to the coronavirus outbreak, the available equipment for our shopping agents is limited, some order enquiries submitted during the Spring Festival will  be replied in turn starting from Feb. 9th, according to the time of submission.

Expedited Delivery: Due to the coronavirus outbreak, the resuming time of domestic logistics is to be later determined, and the specific resuming time will be further notified. The service of Expedited Delivery will be suspended before the resumption of domestic logistics. We are sorry for such inconvenience.

Exchange & Return: Due to the coronavirus outbreak, the resuming time of domestic logistics is to be later determined, and the specific resuming time will be further notified. ●Timeliness for delivery from sellers
After researching and consulting platform sellers such as Taobao and JD.com, most of the stores started after Feb. 10. However, considering our customers' needs, Wegobuy started ordering goods for customers in order from February 3. We will assist in ordering and arranging as soon as possible(some sellers process orders before Feb.8, such as JD.com) ; if the seller cannot arrange the delivery in advance, please kindly understand and wait patiently. For the delivery timeliness, please refer to "The Latest Announcement on the Adjustment of Delivery Time and Transaction Process of Taobao During Spring Festival in 2020"

●Timeliness of Product Stock-in(subject to further update)
To better fight and contain the novel coronavirus pneumonia, our warehouse service will be suspended for a little longer, and the resuming time of parcel stock-in is subject to further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

●Timeliness of Parcel Stock-out(subject to further update)
To better fight and contain the novel coronavirus pneumonia, our warehouse service will be suspended for a little longer, and the resuming time of parcel processing and parcel shipping is subject to further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

●Timeliness for Parcel Enquiry, Parcel After-sales, Provision ofCustoms Clearance Documents
Requests regarding parcel enquiry and after-sales submitted from 18:00 on Jan. 20th to 8:00 on Feb. 3rd will be processed in turn starting from 8:00 on Feb. 3rd., and the timeliness for the first reply will be within 48 hours;
For parcels seized by the customs, it will generally take 3-5 working days for customs clearance. If relevant clearance documents are required, you can click "Apply for Customs Clearance Documents" on the page of “Parcel”, and we will provide such documents within 24 hours during the Spring Festival.
