To express our gratitude to all WeGoBuy users' long-term support and  reduce the impact of  logistics delay, we offer the compensation for delayed GD-EMS parcels.

How to enter
Submit the GD-EMS parcels during 11.11-12.31(UTC+8 )

When will the compensation get released
For GD-EMS parcels which are submitted during 11.11-11.30, if there is a delay, we will release coupons in early Jan.
For GD-EMS parcels which are submitted during 12.1-12.31, if there is a delay, we will release coupons in early Feb.
After parcels arrived to you, wegobuy will collect all delayed parcels' info and add to your account with no-threshold coupons. Please kindly wait for parcels' arrive and our work need some time. Any understanding will be appreciated!

1.Your package have been successfully signed. If it is still in delivery, we will release coupon for you after the package is successfully signed;
2.Due to force majeure factors such as the aggravation of the epidemic, the closure of the city, the cancellation of flights, etc., problems such as aviation issues, customs issues, and delays in handling by the destination country will not be compensated;
3.The delayed package due to customs clearance issues or long-term failure to sign for the package will be counted after customs clearance and the time when the recipient fails to sign for the package.
