Upon notification from logistic providers, the PostNL Registered Air Mail line requires that the volume weight of the package should not exceed 1.6 times of the actual weight. We suggest that you could choose "Simple Packaging" when you submit the package. If the outer package of the items you submitted has cartons, we suggest you could choose "Package Removal", otherwise the package will be returned due to the excess volume.
