The preservation period of Shopping Agent parcels is 180 day(about 6 months), which begins to calculate since the order status changes to"stored in the warehouse". If it is more than 150 days, users still have not sent out the delivery order, we will send the remind mail to users. If it is over 180 days, you still have not submitted parcel delivery order or given us feedback, goods will be considered as waived and dispose.
The preservation period of abnormal package (Which is, the case that the package is not submitted or the logistics information is not completed) is 60 days, which begins to calculate since the order status changed to “signed”. Since the package cannot match the relevant order or user, the reminding will not be able to made. Once it is overdue, Wegobuy will considerit as waived and dispose.
Related rules：
1. Wegobuy is responsible for the custody and liability of the goods during the storage period.
However, the shelf life of the goods is not in the coverage of storage (for example, the shelf life of perishable items is only 1 month)
2. The destroyed goods are no longer given any remind or notifications.
In order to avoid the dispose of goods, please submit the package waybill within the validity period of the storage,thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
