Where is my haul?

My package is a week late and it updates me a week and a half after it says it happened, EX: Package is on a plane 2021-09-08, its horrible. I paid $40 more to get it here in 5-10 days if i wanted it to be here any later i would have went with the 15-30 day option and saved $40.

It has nothing to do with patience, their point is that they paid substantially more for a quicker delivery, and didn't receive it.
