[Announcement] Important Reminders For 2021 Double 11

1. Ways to Help You Purchase ASAP.
On the day of Double 11 (UTC+8, Nov. 11th 00:00:00-23:59:59), our agent will purchase orders around the clock, but due to the surge in orders, the time limit for ordinary order purchases may be extended (original 6hours), So the time difference in purchase may lead to changes in order prices, wish you would understand;
If you don't want the price difference to delay your  purchase, you can LEAVE A NOTE when placing the order, for example leaving remarks like:If the price difference is  within (XX) yuan, directly deduct my account balance to help me purchase asap;
In order to help you finish the purchase asap, for those orders paid during the day of Double 11, Wegobuy will PREPAY those orders with a price difference LESS THAN 10 YUAN by default. As long as your account balance has enough money to make up the difference, our agent would directly deduct money from your account balance. But if there is no enough balance, you need to make up the difference within 48 HOURS. If the difference is not paid within 48 HOURS, the order will be Refunded. Therefore, it is recommended that you pay more attention to the status of orders at that time.  If you have any doubts about placing an order on Double 11, you can contact our customer service in advance to help you confirm.

2. Order Will Not Be Refunded Within 24 Hours.
Since Double 11 event rules stipulate that all merchants on Tmall/Taobao will close the refund application function on the day of Double 11 (Nov. 11th 00:00:00-23:59:59). Therefore, submitted on Wegobuy on the same day and the status is "Purchased" are not refundable; if there is a refund request that needs to be processed later, we will process them one by one after 24-48 hours of refund application.

3. Shopping Allowances & Cross-store Discounts Are Not Supported.
Because Taobao/Tmall merchant shopping allowance and discounts (including cross-store discounts) have ID restrictions, there is no guarantee the agent's Taobao ID would receive the discounts. To ensure that your order can be ordered in time, the shopping allowance or discount (including cross-store discount) will not be supported, please understand.

4. About the Limited Sale & Flash Sale Event.
For those items selling at a limited amount or sold in flash sale event, Wegobuy agents will try their best. And we do suggest that you place the order 1-2 days in advance. In this way, our agent will mark your order in advance and be fully prepared for purchasing.

5. About The Pre-sale.
If you want to buy pre-sale goods, please place the order 1-2 days in advance and pay the full amount (the deposit + the final payment), then our agent will mark your order in advance and be 100% ready to buy it in time.
Attention, according to Tmall/Taobao Double 11 event regulations, Pre-sale products do not support cancellation, no reason return, or modification of product color, size, and other information after being purchased, so please be sure to confirm the attributes of the product before placing an order.
[Special Attention] For pre-sale products, after paying the deposit, if you do not want to continue to purchase the product, some stores may do not support the refund of the deposit! Please think twice before placing an order.

6. The After-sales Service Time.
Affected by the large number of orders during Double 11, from November 9th 8:00 a.m. to  November 12th 18:00 p.m., after-sales service such as order consultation,  urge delivery, return and exchange, etc, will be postponed to be again started processing after 13th 9 a.m. and responded within 72 hours. Due to the surge of crowded logistics during Double 11, the order delivery, return and exchange required time may also be extended, please understand.

7. About Delivery Time.
During Double 11, the delivery time of the order please refer to the "delivery time" described by the merchant on the product detail page. Though, there is still a chance it might get delayed.
