I am super happy to finally have recieved this parcel due to delay epidemic situation. Packing team a phenomenal job and I give praise to them. They did my a favour by bubble wrapping my figurine box so that it would not be damaged. If that’s not great customer experience/service… I can add more. Juju was very assistive and emphasizing with customers, Juju attends to the needs of parcel inquiries quite often and always ensures a next step or a resolve is done. Juju will contact the logistics company and update you back making you less worried. Thank you for the great services Wegobuy, I don’t plan on every switching !
