Agent Review - Experience with Jessica

Hello all, I decided to make a post about my very good experience with Jessica. She has assisted me in many of my previous orders but this recent order I have made, really stood out to me. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes, and within a few minutes, I noticed Jessica has already purchased all 5 shoes for me. I was truly blown away by how quick her service was and I will be honest, I was nervous about 1 person handling all 5 orders, but I am so grateful that she was the Agent to do so. 4/5 shoes showed up flawlessly including the one that was non-refundable. The only pair that I was not happy with, I enquired to Jessica about returning it and she replied very quick and ensured me that the return will be handled and that I will recieve a refund. This is very good feeling for a customer as I felt like she really cared about the customer's satisfaction. I am very pleased to have her. I will continue to support WGB for their extraordinary staff and she is a true example of a great Agent.
