【Announcement】Adjustment of Wegobuy Service During the Spring Festival of 2023

The Chinese Spring Festival is coming, thank you for your support to Wegobuy in the past year! We will have a Spring Festival holiday from January 21st to January 23rd, Beijing Time, during which all services will be temporarily adjusted. All services will return to normal from January 24th. During this time, you can still submit purchase orders and transshipment orders normally, and we will provide you with services in order of submission from January 24th.The main arrangements of the platform are as follow:

1. Order Processing
As the Spring Festival holiday is approaching, sellers on various Chinese e-commerce platforms are starting to take holidays and stop shipping, so Wegobuy's efficiency in purchasing your orders will be affected to some extent, please understand.
① January 21st ~ January 23rd, we will have a Spring Festival holiday from January 21st to 23rd, and all order services will be suspended during this period, including the signing and shipping of packages;
② January 24th ~ January 27th, during this period, we will prioritize orders from sellers who can ship their goods, and provide after-sales service according to the actual situation of sellers, and will not provide after-sales service for orders before January 20 (The after-sales service for this part of the orders will be resumed gradually from January 28);
③ January 28th ~ January 30th, during this period, we will process the orders left over before and after the Spring Festival in sequence, and handle the customer's after-sales problems in order of submission;
④ Wegobuy platform will resume all order services from January 31st.

2.Warehouse Service
We will promptly handle your goods signing, inspection, photographing, weighing, storage, packaging, and shipping related work. Wegobuy warehouse signing service will be closed from January 21st to January 23rd, other services will be temporarily closed during this period too, and will resume on January 24th.

3.Logistics Service
We will handle your package promptly during logistics providers working hours. Due to the Spring Festival holiday, logistics providers have different schedule, please check carefully the schedule provided by each provider and plan accordingly.

4.Customer Service Support
During January 21st to January 27th, we will suspend online support service. If you have any questions during this period, you can send email to, we will help you solve the problem within 24 hours from January 24th. Online customer service will also be resumed on January 28th. Thank you for your understanding!
