【Announcement】Adjustment of Wegobuy Service During the Spring Festival of 2024

Dear Wegobuy users,

The Chinese Spring Festival is coming soon. Thank you for your support in the past year! Happy Chinese New Year to everyone! Wegobuy will continue to provide all services during the Spring Festival period (with the exception of February 9th to February 11th as our holidays). You can place orders, consult customer service, process returns and exchanges, and submit packages as usual. Here are the main arrangements:

1. Order Processing
During the Spring Festival holiday, you can still submit procurement and forwarding orders as usual. We will process them in the order they were received starting from February 12th. Due to the fact that sellers on various major e-commerce platforms will be taking breaks and stop shipping, the efficiency of your procurement orders may be affected to some extent. We ask for your understanding.

2. Warehousing Services
During the Spring Festival period, you can still submit packages as usual. Starting from February 18th, we will process your goods for receipt, quality inspection, photography, weighing, storage, packaging, and shipping in the order they were received.

3. Logistics Service Support
We will promptly handle your packages during the working period of the related logistics providers. Due to the impact of the Spring Festival holidays, the vacation times for each logistics provider vary. Please carefully review the work schedules provided by the following logistics providers and make appropriate arrangements for your package retrieval plan.

4. Customer service support
We will provide customer service email support and timely handle your inquiries. Only customer service email is accepted. During the Spring Festival period, you can send an email to service@wegobuy.com.
